Tuition & Payments
1. A one-time non-refundable $35.00 registration fee will be charged for each new student. This covers the initial account set-up and material fee. All students are required to enroll in our auto-pay program. This is a safe, secure and convenient way to pay recurring tuition payments while enrolled at Amabile. We accept debit, visa and master cards. Automatic payments are processed on the 1st of each month or prior to the first lesson of the month if starting after the first week. The minimum package for students of age 7 and above is 45-min private lessons.
$225 per month for 30-minute private lessons held once a week. Excluding holiday closures.
$330 per month for 45-minute private lessons held once a week. Excluding holiday closures.
$420 per month for 60-minute private lessons held once a week. Excluding holiday closures.

Lessons, Cancellations & Make-ups
3. All lessons must take place on campus only. Please arrive at your lessons on time. Teachers are not responsible for lost lesson time due to late arrivals. Students must bring all their music books and materials to lessons.
4. We do not offer refunds or proration for cancellations. For student cancellations with 24-hour notice, we offer flexible group make-up classes for students to sign up throughout the year. Group make-up class credits will expire after 6 months of issuing. When our teacher needs to be absent, we will contact you toprovide a well-qualified substitute teacher, a rescheduled lesson, or a private lesson credit if the sub-option is unavailable.
Summer Lessons
5. Amabile operates year round and we do not close for the summer. Students may temporarily withdraw during the summer and resume lessons when ready. Lesson times are first-come, first-served, and we cannot guarantee the same lesson time and teacher will be available upon return. Please contact our school for updated availability.
Discontinuing Lessons
6. Our tuition is month-to-month. To discontinue lessons and to discontinue charges to your account, please notify our office by email or submit a Withdrawal Form before the 15th of your last month. We do not prorate tuition for the last month’s lessons.
Care of Students
7. Students are not to be left at the school for excessive time periods before or after lessons, as Amabile is not responsible for providing before or after care for students. Amabile assumes no responsibility for children who leave unaccompanied.
Injuries
8. Parents, legal guardians of minors, students and adult students waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained on school property resulting from normal lesson activity or any other activity conducted by the students or their siblings before, during, or after lesson time.
Late Fee
9. A late payment fee of $30 will be applied for each returned check or electronic transaction. Please make sure that we have valid credit card or checking account information on file for automatic payments.
Little Mozart Group Class Policy
10. Homework assignments can be requested and forwarded if students must miss a class. One make-up class will be scheduled at the end of the course.
